Over time we make ourselves convinced into believing other people's opinions and think they hold more weight than our own feelings. Then we don’t want to be judged.
If you want to break these habits you must not overthink and be controlled by outside people. You must have your inner control.
This is your life!
There is nothing wrong with a little criticism. You just have to be able to interpret the truths. Listen for it.
Ask yourself if there is any truth to whatever someone is saying.
Do they know what they are talking about? If after careful consideration you feel they are, then listen to them and use their feedback to improve yourself.
If your intuition tells you the feedbacks are not justified and beyond your understanding then disregard it! Be true to yourself and accept the convincing and reliable opinions that hold true to you.
Don't be afraid to have criticisms of yourself. But make sure this is your own opinion and not someone else’s. If you don’t like something about yourself then try to modify or change it. Always look for improvement.
Sometimes our own criticism is contaminated, this goes back to being brainwashed. Others have fed us information over the years that might have been contaminated and have altered our thoughts over the years.
Since we were not trying to interpret the truth, our thoughts have turned into a disordered desk where you cannot find what you want.
It’s time to clean up the mess of criticism and restructure.
This is the only way you will be able to change your habits and lead a better life.
