I apologize that my account performance as Ads has fallen below both Ads standards of quality. And I am extremely sorry if I had made any mistake. 


I believe there may be two reason


1. We placed Some of our ads which were misleading

2. We may violate some of Google ads rules or T&C.


My New Plan of Action –


1. I am taking the following steps to improve my account performance


2. I am taking full control from now on my account and not giving any access to any of my staff or friend.


3. Going ahead I have put in place a system of checks to confirm only ads are published which conform with the Google Ads terms and condition.


4. All the ads from my account must pass several reviews before being published. 


5. I have also implemented a multi-person final review process to ensure my ads don’t violate any of Google’s Ads Policy


6. I am going to take extra care of my ad account in terms to improve the account being used by many of our team members.


Please let us know if anything further needs to be done to reinstate my account. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I am also not able to figure out where I have made the exact mistake. But what I assume is, MENTION YOUR CASE ISSUE (WHATEVER YOU THINK MAY BE THE REASON FOR SUSPENSION). OR may be THE 2ND REASON WHATEVER YOU THINK AS PER YOUR CASE. This activity was done just to explore the platform, my intention was not to violet the google ads policy. If this is the reason of account suspension then I do accept my mistake and strongly apologies for the same.


If the given reasons are not correct then, I would like to request you please clearly let me know where I have violated the google ads terms, as I am ready to make necessary changes or willing to remove the specific ad.


I do understand google ad policy that is why I have planed my account to maintain properly with extra care and I am not allowing anyone to access my account in future. As I have already shared my plan of action to maintain the account.


This account is really important for me, as I am running ads for long or have just started to run ads on google for my business OR for my YouTube videos. It’s my request please consider it for the first time mistake and activate my account.

I was waiting for your response, as I have not received any update since I have sent the last email on DATE & TIME (I am pasting the e-mail once again if that has been missed out) COPY AND PASTE THE PREVIOUS MAIL BELOW THIS MAIL.


I have done a detailed scan of my ads many times, which were running before account suspension, tried to find out what was the exact issue, and correct and modify the issue, and finally concluded with to delete my all ads. Now I don’t have any ads up and running, once the account will be reinstated I will newly create the ads with extra care to avoid suspension in the future.


Kindly please revert and reinstate my ad account.


Please consider it for the first time mistake and reinstate my account.
