Thank you so much for your interest in our partner program. All partners are approved, unless we specifically revoke your account for violation of the below rules. We request you to read this section carefully. By joining our affiliate program you agree to the following. 

Always adhere to these FTC guidelines when promoting our products and services.

1. Don't send Spam or using safe lists of any kind

2. Cash rebates, cash backs, gift cards or physical product incentives etc. to people who buy through your link are not permitted.

3. Using negative words such as 'scam' in any promotional campaign are NOT allowed.

4. Don't misrepresent our product/offer/service. 

5. Partners can’t create social media pages with our product name or brand name. Anyone find using "brand name", "website name" or "product images" on their Facebook Fan-page or other social platform to promote the product without permission will be banned immediately.

7. Only eligible products are part of our partner program, you will get your affiliate links only for the listed product in the program.

8. You can’t earn commissions on your own purchase. Don’t buy from your own link, you won’t get paid.

9. We reserve the right to terminate any partner if found to be breaking any rules and using black-hat marketing practices to drive sales or for any other reason.

10. Don't encourage purchase for the sole purposes of qualifying for a prize (e.g. "Just buy the lowest price option and send me your receipt and after 30 days just cancel and I'll send you, my bonus.") You may team up with people you have partnered with before on your own front-end product. You must be known in the industry as business partners. No first time partnerships allowed to qualify for prizes. You can partner for commissions however with no restrictions.

11. Do not create negative review sites or postings on social media

12. Don’t Pretend or mislead the public that you work for, or are an employee of, or an official company.

13. Don’t Suggest people sign up again with a new email to get your commission while screwing-over other partner that had already made the referrals.

Partner Payouts:

1. Every partner, FREE user, qualifies for the FLAT 20% commission and FLAT 50% commission for our PAID members. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraud or anything we deem to be suspicious.

2. Partner payouts occur Monthly. Your commissions are released after 40 days. (30 days + a 10 day buffer period to handle refunds in support.) All released sales are paid Monthly.  

3.You will not be paid unless your required payment method and tax information are filled out in your account. You can expect your commissions to be paid, on average, between day 40 - 50 from when the sale is made.

4.Some of our sales start with a $0 when your referral opts for free products.  You would receive a sale notification but when they upgrade and your referral makes an actual payment, you will receive commission notification. If that sale is not refunded, you will get your commissions for that sale in 40-50 days. 

5. We pay only after 3 valid sales. If we receive a chargeback or have to refund after you have been paid, we will add a claw-back to your account and retain those amounts against your current or future commissions. 

Fraud:

Don’t do any fraud.

Partnership fraud is done by evil people with ideas that we can't even imagine, therefore we will not list all of the possible things immoral partners do.  

Any partner that is looking to " violate the system rule" will be banned and all commissions will be cancelled. This will also lead to a permanent loss of your Account. You will no longer be able to promote any of the products.

Be honest and play fair. Don’t do black hat stuff. Use our promotional tools through normal sharing methods in your influence or with paid advertising and you will be rewarded greatly. Don’t cross the line and do these all sort of black hat stuff.

If you have any confusion, contact us and ask first. We would really appreciate that. If you are reported to us by our other members, other partners, or our fraud detection team then we’ll shoot first and ask question later.

We don't want to mess around but if we found something shady, we’ll close your account, links, and commission owed to you by us or any other Vendor and we will put your name, email, and IP on a permanent BAN list in our system. Bad partners are not welcome. True affiliates we love you.
